The Training Department serves as a learning hub with the objective of nurturing and developing Kingdom Champions. Our team designs learning experiences that enable Kingdom Champions to live purpose-inspired lives and practically apply Kingdom principles within their sphere of influence. Currently, we facilitate the Membership Orientation Program (MOP), which is likened to a ‘Date with R West’, where participants get to learn about the vision, mission, values, and mandate of the church and discover ways to get involved.
We also facilitate the Discipleship classes (101 & 102) that equip believers to understand their foundation in CHRIST, to be grounded as disciples, and to build and multiply disciples.
Our team responds to learning needs within the church and creates relevant interventions that support the vision of the church. We have fun while at it, as the team is like family, in harmony with the heartbeat of R West.
