RWest Guest Relations team is charged with creating a welcoming experience and a sense of belonging for first time visitors. The department is also charged with recording number of attendees at each Service.
At the end of each service, the department holds a brief meeting with all Guests at The Guest Area. The purpose of this meeting is to meet and greet with each guest, confirm where they are visiting from, ask if they have questions, check if they enjoyed the service, what they liked best and what they see as areas of improvement and feedback to the Service Admin Team.
We answer any questions visitors may have and acquaint them with additional information regarding the following details:
- Timings for Sunday service
- Church Ministries they can serve in
- Church programs available – Sunday School, Teens, Baptism & baby dedication
- Point them to dates of important events they can plug in to for example a Membership Orientation Program where they will learn more about RWest and eventually settle in to a weekly bible study group convenient to them.
- Introduce the Pastoral team
- Serve tea
Overall, guest team serves the individual, family & community. We passionately and joyfully work hard to elevate the dignity of the guest by creating welcoming environments where guests are comfortable, cared for, and ultimately discover the best next step in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
