Flavia considers herself a voice in the wilderness requesting people to measure their success based on the successors they have. This Spurs her passion for Strategic thinking, Leadership development, and Transformative multigenerational impact.

She served as the Kenya Team Lead at Inspire Spaces; a Christian NGO that bridged the opportunity Gap through educational scholarships, mentorship and leadership Development and Infrastructure Development.

She is a Movement Day Scholars graduate; a fellowship that seeks to equip leaders to see their cities transformed socially and spiritually. She is also undertaking a Master in Missions in Modern Cities with the Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary and has a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from International Leadership University.

Flavia previously served in the corporate sector at SME Founders Association, Scangroup, Equity Bank Head Office, Agakhan Academy Senior School, and Family Media.

Additionally, she also served as the Presenter and Producer of Prayer Circle on TBN Family Media. 

She has also served in Ministry as a Ministry Identification and Leadership Development Pastor at Parklands Baptist Church and Chaplain at Tafaria Castle.

Flavia also serves in the pastoral team at Ruach West Assembly where she oversees:

  1. Discipleship Content.
  2. Leadership Development Programs.
  3. Annual Strategic Plans and Operations.
  4. Strategic Partnership.
  5. Breathe Ministry Publication

She is a board member of the Global Mentorship Network and co-hosts the monthly Movement Day Learning Community virtual meeting. She has authored two books: Inspiration Simply Simplified and Rainbow. She was also a contributor to Parents Magazine on the ‘From the Pulpit’ Column. She has traveled to over 10 countries in 3 continents for ministry, experience, exchange and exposure programs to develop a global mindset and identify best practices that are transferable.

Flavia believes GRIT is one of the most important, intangible characteristics in life because it brings out the discipline and commitment of ensuring anything you start, you finish strong. To this end in her free time, she loves traveling and hiking. She has climbed Mt Meru, Mt Ruwenzori, Mt Kenya 8 times, and Mt Kilimanjaro 5 times.
