Pastor Flavia Murugi
Pastor Flavia Murugi is a passionate leader dedicated to equipping and empowering others for transformative, multigenerational impact. She believes that true success is measured by the successors one nurtures, a conviction that fuels her passion for strategic thinking, leadership development, and discipleship.

Flavia has also served as the Kenya Team Lead at Inspire Spaces, a Christian NGO focused on bridging the opportunity gap through educational scholarships, mentorship, leadership development, and infrastructure projects. Additionally, she has held ministry roles as Ministry Identification and Leadership Development Pastor at Parklands Baptist Church and Chaplain at Tafaria Castle.
Beyond her pastoral work, she is a board member of the Global Mentorship Network and co-hosts the Movement Day Learning Community virtual meetings. She is also an accomplished author, having written Inspiration Simply Simplified and Rainbow, and was a contributor to Parents Magazine through the From the Pulpit column. Her passion for global engagement has taken her to over 10 countries across three continents, participating in ministry, experience exchange, and exposure programs to develop a global mindset and identify transferable best practices.
Flavia is a firm believer in GRIT—the discipline and commitment to seeing every endeavor through to the finish line. This principle extends to her love for adventure, particularly in hiking. She has summited Mt. Meru, Mt. Ruwenzori, Mt. Kenya (eight times), and Mt. Kilimanjaro (five times).
She is a Movement Day Scholars graduate, a fellowship dedicated to equipping leaders for urban transformation. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Missions in Modern Cities at the Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary and holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from International Leadership University.
Flavia’s professional background also spans the corporate sector, having worked at SME Founders Association, Scangroup, Equity Bank Head Office, Aga Khan Academy Senior School, and Family Media. Additionally, she served as a Presenter and Producer of Prayer Circle on TBN Family Media.
Through her leadership, ministry, and global engagement, Pastor Flavia Murugi continues to inspire and equip individuals for a life of impact, excellence, and faith-driven leadership.
